The Brass Monkeys are a group of highly experienced professional musicians who have come together to create an ensemble of excellence. We are guaranteed to enhance any event . Our audiences always want‘One more tune’ at the end of our set!
The Brass Monkeys cover every musical genre, from Ska to Pop to Jazz to Heavy Metal. We play anything from everyone’s favourite Motown tracks to Madness to AC/DC. We promise not to laugh at you if you want a random Brendan Shine number! We are more then happy to discuss your specific requirements.
We are based in County Clare, but we work countrywide. Please do get in touch, we look forward to hearing from you.
Meet The Band
Ciaran O'Malley
Guitarist & Lead Vocals
Hails from Westport , Co. Mayo, Studied at Newpark Music Center, Dublin. Ciaran is a charismatic and talented musician. He’ll get you up on your feet, dancing to the beat!
Adam Daniel
Saxophones/ Flute/Keys/ Vocals
Adam is originally from Melbourne Australia, where he studied at Melbourne University, Graduating with a BA in Music Performance (Jazz). Oh, he has sax appeal!
Blendi Krasniqui
Drums/Percussion/ Vocals
Originally from Prizren in Kosovo, Blendi graduated from Prizren Faculty of the Arts in Kosovo with a Diploma of the Arts in Music. He’s got the groove!
Jim MacMahon
Bass Guitar/Double Bass
Born and bred in Lahinch County Clare, Jim Studied at CIT Cork School of Music. When it comes to the groove , he’s the ace of the bass!
